Congratulations to Anythink!

Congratulations to Anythink Libraries, Director Pam Sandlian Smith, the Board of Trustees and staff for receiving the IMLS 2010 National Medal for Museum & Library Science.  To think that seven years ago, the Denver Post (2003) published an article describing the Rangeview Library District, then the Adams County Library System, as "the worst large library system" in the state of Colorado.  Kudos to Anythink for completely transforming itself into an incredible revolutionary library in just a few short years!

Anythink is the one of 300 Family Place Libraries in 22 states and so far, the only one in Colorado. Check out What Makes a Family Place Library such a special for children and families.

Adams library system worst in state - Voters defeated two tax increases. (2003, July 13). The Denver Post, B-01.
